100k extended warranty is worthless What a horrible experience. Purchased an extended warranty and after holding for 18 minutes, somebody finally picks up the phone. Was told that they couldn't tell me if a part was covered until I can in and agreed to pay a $99 diagnostic fee and then they could send the information off. It's a problem they've fixed once and looked at a second time, and it's never been fixed. What a joke for a repair shop, especially one who specializes in the car you have. More
