Quality Service Just needed an oil and filter change and had a coupon for a free alignment check. Was promised my car in about two hours. What I got was exactly what Just needed an oil and filter change and had a coupon for a free alignment check. Was promised my car in about two hours. What I got was exactly what I wanted. The alignment was off, and they did a 4 wheel alignment, no charge as it was still under warranty. They also noticed my vehicle needed a software upgrade, which they performed, no charge. A multi-point inspection was also performed and a checklist was included in my paperwork. Oh, almost forgot, they also washed my car! I'm happy with the service my car received. My Service Advisor, Katherine McElravey, was professional, knowledgeable, and couldn't have been nicer. Thank you for taking such good care of my car. More
