When the dealership opened (I had searched and completed the tools very early morning), I had a text from Rachel Scott from the online area of the dealership. Soon after, the sales manager called and asked if there was a particular car I was interested in. I was able to provide him with the last six of the VIN. He said he would have the car pulled up front for me to test drive that afternoon. After work and a quick test drive, we began the process of the paperwork. This definitely was a bonus, being able to walk up to the car I had already picked out and complete the test drive. More
