60000 Mile Maintenance Before my Genesis purchase I hated going to the dealership for maintenance for fear of inflated pricing and recommending unneeded work. She is friendly and understanding. Her customer service skills are phenomenal. When we bought our Elantra there, she made sure to introduce herself to my girlfriend (whom the car was for) and made her feel at ease for any future service issues she may have. I will always buy Hyundai products just to keep dealing with Joanne. More

His ability to know exactly what I was look Once again, I am quite pleased with the service that I received from my sales representative, Syed Salat! His ability to know exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle was based on our constant communication over the last 3 1/2 years whenever I had my 2014 Sonata in for routine maintenance. I never felt pressured by him and he always made sure that I enjoyed the first car that I purchased from him. Others at the dealership apparently envied the relationship that we have established because several others from the dealership contacted me to inquire about my interest. I made sure that they all knew that WHEN I was ready for a new vehicle, Syed would be the one who would get the sale! The only reason the dealership is getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because you have absolutely too many people tripping over each other, trying to make the sale. In one week, I got at least 3-4 additional calls from other people at the dealership which really could have impacted my decision about purchasing the car had I not had Syed as my sales person. That's an area that you can work on for future customers. I don't like that "high pressure" approach. More

Brandon got me in to replace a tire ON SATURDAY following my Friday evening run-in with one of the famous Memphis potholes! I hated to even ask, but since it was nearly time for my oil change, I asked (knowing how buy they are!) if it would be possible to get my oil change while I was there. Without a pause, he replied "absolutely" and didn't even make me feel any worse for asking than I already did! LOL! They are the greatest group EVER and I truly appreciate them all... but just love Brandon! More
