I rec'd an Email from you inviting me to consider trading my 2018 Sonata Sport, which only has 6,600 miles on it, on a new vehicle offering me over 16,000 in trade. I called after going to Hyundai Finance to run some numbers and floated this idea with a salesman there. My payoff is 23,140 and I was looking at the 2020 Tucson Sport. I new I would have negative trade in value but after talking with Finance I ran numbers myself that fell within Hyundai Finance perimeters. There is a 3750 cash back that would help on the negative as well. After emailing several times and sending pictures of my vehicle as requested I was hoping to get an idea of more solid numbers before entering a credit app. The last email from someone there said I would be around 9000 in negative trade offering appr 14000 for my car which is practically a new vehicle with such low mileage Why send a leading email offering one amount just to be left waiting an entire day to get an answer like that???? Very disappointed, l.. More
