Best ever car-shopping experience! Mr James Dean and Ricco! In my 40 years of owning a car, I have never had a better car-shopping experience than at Wolffchase Hyundai in Memphis, TN. I was chasing for a 2018 In my 40 years of owning a car, I have never had a better car-shopping experience than at Wolffchase Hyundai in Memphis, TN. I was chasing for a 2018 Genesis 80 Sport twin-turbo RWD for months on internet. Once I went first to this dealership, Ricco, the sales associate approached me kindly and made feel important as a customer. They did not have the model I wanted but did not insist like other companies to buy something else readily available. They had all other models of same year Genesis that I was not interested in. My plan was that if I cannot find my specific deal, I go to Mercedes and buy a 2018 AMG S63, whose starting price is around 147 K at its base model. I revisited the dealership 2 more times, to talk with Ricco before I was to pay a 2.5 times higher sum for what I was looking for. 2 months later, I got a phone call from Ricco, just before my birthday, telling me he had a pleasant surprise for me: Mr James Dean - the Boss - had brought me what I wanted: the most beautiful car that their dealership has ever sold! (to paraphrase James's own words later). This is how I bought the same day my dream car that I really could afford. No more Mercedes, too expensive for what a G80 Sport can do! Now, I remember James' call one day in between my first meet with Wolfchase Hyundai and the day I signed the contract with them: he just asked me what color I prefer; I said Egyptian green. Later, just before signing, James made its possible for me to buy the best extra warranties (windshield, tire and wheels, scratches and hits as well as total crash insurance gap) for 5 years for almost no extra money. I also got 4 Genesis shirts for me and family, 1 Genesis coffe cup and 1 Genesis thermos, pinstripe and his and Ricco's friendship. Did I do anything wrong by inviting them both to my birthday party next day on 05/27/2018? More

The car was a present from our daughter and Deniece and Lyn even found us a big red bow and Lyn put it on the car and took a picture of us and the car for my daughter.
