Now, as I was ready to purchase a new car a few days ago, I have had the great pleasure of meeting sales rep Lyn Webb, who must be Ms. Gooden's twin brother, at least in spirit. Mr. Webb is friendly, easygoing (no sales pressure), well informed, and he went out of his way to ascertain what I needed and to match my needs with the right product. It was as though he could read this old man's mind. I have probably purchased a dozen cars in my life -- I am 70 -- and I don't recall any car buying experience that I felt as good about as this one.
