Happy multi-Hyundai owner We are a Hyundai family. We have owned two of them for the past four years. We have been trading with and taken care of at Wolfchase Hyundai for abo We are a Hyundai family. We have owned two of them for the past four years. We have been trading with and taken care of at Wolfchase Hyundai for about five years. (We traded a CRV for a 2015 Sonata!) Joanne in service is wonderful and always gives us personal service as if we were her only customer. We just traded in the Sonata last night. It was not because we didn't like it, but because I have back issues which made it difficult to get in and out of the lower style sedan. An SUV is easier for me to get in and out of due to the height of the seats. I have been wanting a red SUV for a while but was not going to trade just to get a red car. But. When the limited time 0% offer came up, I was elated! We jumped on it. You can't beat 0%!!!! And my new Gemstone Red Tuscon is beeyouteeful! Tony and Joe made the transaction easy and painless--except for the number of hours car buying always takes! They worked with me and we agreed on the final amount. I had done my research and knew that their offer was fair. Tony was most congenial and friendly. Since we had agreed to everything over the phone, he had the paperwork ready to roll when I got there. He even sent the car back to get prepped and ready. (A huge time saver.) Once we arrived at the dealership, Joe jumped in and was most efficient and helpful with the nit-picky stuff. By then the car was ready but the wait was on for the final step! UGH!!! BUT. While, we waited in queue for Finance to finalize everything, Joe took great pains to explain every little detail of my new ride. He was quite knowledgeable and made it all very fun. So, because Joe put out the extra effort to keep things rolling, the wait did not seem nearly as bad as it could have been. (It still took over four hours start to finish!) Once we got to Mark in finance, everything went smoothly and quickly. He had everything laid out and pen in hand so that the final process was painless as well. Mark, too, was friendly and efficient. Once he started his process, isn't wasn't long before we were driving off in my new Red beauty!!!! Thank you Tony, Joe and Mark for making car buying almost fun! LOL! Can't wait to show the new car to Joanne come first oil change time! I know I can look forward to the best care available at Wolfchase Hyundai! More
