We were very surprised with the look and ride of t Our new Hyundai Sonata SEL is so nice it almost sold itself! We have never owned a Hyundai before. We were very surprised with the look and ride of the Sonata. It is so quiet and rides very smoothly...almost like floating on air. We looked at several cars online, but decided to test drive the Sonata SEL. We picked out one with the exterior and interior color that we wanted and headed to the dealership. Tyler Roster greeted us as we pulled up to the show room and was very friendly. He located the car we picked out and we were on our test drive in a short amount of time. The test drive was enough to convince us that this was the car for us. It really didn't take much time to estimate the value of our trade in and start the stack of paper work that always seems to be a part of buying any car. Tyler was very efficient and we were through with the paper work in no time. It was time to go to the finance office and talk to Rico Brown, but the dealership had been very busy that day as they had sold 6 vehicles and he was the only person processing that type of paper work. There were two families ahead of us and I know that it takes time and at least one of them had issues, but we just wanted to write a check and take our new car home. I know that we had to wait our turn, but we were moving along so well! Tyler and Rico both explained to us that on Tuesday and Wednesday of each week there is only one finance person and I guess the buyers of 4 out of 6 vehicles had come in the afternoon and finance got backed up. Maybe when there is an August sale they need to adjust the Tuesday/Wednesday schedule a bit, or maybe the manager who should know how to do all jobs, except may service, should have stepped in and helped? I guess that does not happen in the real world? We visited the service department and were plesantly greeted there. We went over the many cool features of the car with Tyler. He was very patient and meticulous about showing us the car's features. We drank water. We wandered around. Then we sat...... It was 7:40pm when we left the dealership. Thank goodness we just had to sign papers and write a check! ..not much time required at all.. There was still one family left behind us to go over financing. Bless their hearts! We did have a good experience, it just shouldn't take so long to give someone your money!!!! We look forward to enjoying our new car. More

Pleasantly Surprised!! As a new Hyundai owner, I am thrilled to learn that the service dept. is open until 7 p.m. It has always been such a hassle trying to get my vehicles As a new Hyundai owner, I am thrilled to learn that the service dept. is open until 7 p.m. It has always been such a hassle trying to get my vehicles in for servicing. This time, I made an appointment, pulled in and dropped off and then waited comfortably in the waiting room AND then was pleasantly surprised, seeing that my vehicle had been washed and vacuumed!! Thanks everyone!! More
Everyone was terrific I had a lot of trepidation about the service department due to past experience with Toyota service. So much in fact that I questioned extensively the salesperson, toured the service department and met the service personnel, prior to buying the car. Making an appointment was extremely easy on the app. I did have to wait approximately 5-10 minutes before someone assisted me upon arrival, but they apologized for the wait. My appointment was at 9am and they finished at 11am. My car had been washed, vacuumed, they gave me my first service free and then proceeded to give me two roses on my exit. While waiting for my vehicle, I watched others in the waiting room. Everyone looked happy and pleased with the wait and service they were getting. Not a disgruntled face in the place. I consistently felt taken advantage of at the Toyota dealership. I would go in for the regular scheduled oil change service and more times than not, it was suggested that more service was required for my vehicle. No one in the waiting room looked like they were experiencing this type of situation. This did a lot in building trust in the service department and dealership. So far, I could not be more pleased with both departments and would highly recommend both to someone buying a new car. More

Misconception that dealers are slower and more expensive then other service places. Not true. I took my sons car to a service place to get the AC fixed. There for three days. Took my Sonata to another place to have the front brakes replaced. 2 days and over $200 more expensive then Wolfchase. Got my rear brakes replaced in less then 2 1/2 hrs. More
Incredible!!! I have a problem with my 2017 Tucson, went in and was told the problem would be fixed at no cost to me. Then I was offerd a deal on a new vehicle a 20 I have a problem with my 2017 Tucson, went in and was told the problem would be fixed at no cost to me. Then I was offerd a deal on a new vehicle a 2019 Tucson upgraded with a shorter note and better rate on the Summer Savings deal. The company saved me money and gave me better terms on a deal that benefited us both. That kind of customer service has earned my loyality and respect. More
