Mr. Ken Jones is a phenomenal service manager. He has always made it extremely convenient for me to take care of my service needs. He doesn't attempt to sell me anything I don't need, and I always feel h always made it extremely convenient for me to take care of my service needs. The service, wait time and the location was fine, however the biggest problem I had at this location was with the SERVICE advisor. This was not my first time at this location. However when I asked for a coupon, she said that she didn't have any but when the customer behind me asked, he was told the same thing but said she will take 10 percent off of his bill. I later asked her for the same thing but she said she could not do it. More
