Vehicle Maintenance While at the dealership for the replacement of an air bag inflater, the tech noticed that there was a problem with wear on the timing belt. I scheduled an appointment for a later date and had the work done. I gave every category five stars except the cost. Customer service, Quality of work, and Friendliness are excellent but as with all service on a automobile seems to be very expensive. Therefore I gave an overall rating of four stars. I also want to add that the service consultant, Dexter Alexander has been excellent all the years that I have been coming to the dealership. More

Courtesy and Professionalism at its Core From the beginning to the end I was treated with courtesy and professionalism, by Dexter Alexander (Service Advisor), Eric Hargrove (Asnt Service Mn From the beginning to the end I was treated with courtesy and professionalism, by Dexter Alexander (Service Advisor), Eric Hargrove (Asnt Service Mngr) and Carlos (Parts Assoc) Dexter processed my vehicle immediately during my 7 AM appointment on April 2nd. Initially I was there for windshield replacement due to a crack caused by highway gravel. I had called previously and spoke to Dexter and he advised me he would order the windshield and would call me to set up appointment after it had arrived. I was having my windshield repaired at the Honda dealership because I wanted Honda original equipment for my Pilot Elite (top-of-the-line in model and trim). No after market parts for my baby. I asked Dexter if he could also fit me in the schedule for a tire rotation and oil change. He said he would take care of it. A little while later I saw Mr. Hargrove, who came over to the customer waiting area and greeted all the customers present. During his visit I explained to Mr. Hargrove that although I have a nose guard (bra) on my vehicle I still received (2 inches above the bra) some small paint chip damage during the highway gravel incident. Mr. Hargrove said he would look into it. I also approached the “parts counter” And explained to the associate present (Carlos) that my fob cover (remote keyless cover) had fallen away without my knowledge along wth the laser printed Pilot logo on my keychain. Carlos said he would take care of it after I was finished in the service department. Dexter informed me later in the morning that my vehicle was ready. I was amazed when I found out that Mr. Hargrove had also seen to the repair of the chip damage (no charge). I went to the counter in the parts department and my fob was fitted for cover and a keychain replacement (no charge). I was so happy that my vehicle was looking new again. The windshield was replaced & calibrated (camera and radar) tires rotated, oil changed, paint chip damage repaired, fob cover and keychain replacement. All within three hours. I was in my vehicle and leaving the dealership by 10 AM. And for those of you who aren’t aware, it takes between an hour and a half to two hours just for windshield replacement alone. This is my fifth Honda and my second Pilot. I have purchased both Pilots from Wolfchase Honda. I have remained a customer at Wolfchase Honda since October 2011 because, they spoil you in sales and service. This is one of the few dealerships that I am aware of that treat you just as good when you return to get your vehicle serviced as they did when you wanted to buy new. The customer waiting area in the service department is very comfortable because they have all the amenities such as plush chairs, bottled water, coffee, tea, danish & cinnamon pastries, popcorn, fruit, cable tv and spacious workstations for your laptop, notebook or tablet, clean restrooms, etc, etc and a courtesy shuttle to take you anywhere in the Wolfchase shopping zone. My knowledge of this dealership was attained through the eight year history I’ve experienced as a customer. The spare time to write such an extensive review is because I’m a retired veteran who appreciates being treated with courtesy and professionalism by a dedicatied well trained staff. I’ve been driving Hondas since 2003 and the most I’ve ever had to pay for service was basic maintenance (oil change etc). Now that’s the kind of carmaker that is serious about keeping me as a customer and this is the type of dealership that truly values its customers.
