I have called the service dept and asked if one could be mailed to me since I live out in Collierville. She said it couldn't that I would have to come up there to get one. I know this is minor but if the car wasn't new it probably wouldn't bother me. More

Damage Done to Our Vehicle While Being Serviced I took our 07' Honda Element to @wolfchasehonda to have the recalled airbags fixed. There was not a single crack in the windshield when I dropped it o I took our 07' Honda Element to @wolfchasehonda to have the recalled airbags fixed. There was not a single crack in the windshield when I dropped it off. When I went to pick it up, imagine my shock when I climbed in to see a series of cracks in the windshield (see picture). I was deeply offended that they would break the windshield and not say anything about it. When I spoke to the service manager, Abdul Jones, he argued with me saying they were not responsible and that it must have been a rock chip. He intentionally argued as to suggest they were in no way responsible. After I left, I decided to take it to a former neighbor who has worked for Jack Morris Auto Glass for 30+ years and sadly he confirmed what I already knew. He said from his years of experience doing nothing but repairing and replacing windshields, that cracks like these are not from a rock chip. From his experience, cracks like these were either from something heavy hitting it or being dropped on it! As you can imagine I am completely beside myself! Why would a supposed "reputable Honda dealership" treat a customer so poorly? I have filed a formal complaint with American Honda. I hope there is some way I can get someone to take care of the damage done to my car while on their lot. I should have let experience send me to AutoNation Honda across town. I have taken it to them all these years and never once been treated so horribly. More
