I would recommend but with a warning label I pay extra for the honda care. they tried to get me to pay for the tow truck. Then they sent a tow truck and he dropped my car off 10 minutes later. More

It sounds like there was quite a bit of confusion with your vehicle being towed in due to a lack of communication between Honda Care and the dealership. I will make sure that our American Honda representative gets a copy of your review so that they, along with our team, can improve on this process. I'm certainly sorry to hear that no one assisted you when you were here last, that is simply not acceptable. I assure you that we want your business and we want the opportunity to earn your business again in December. If you run into a situation similar to the last one, simply ask the front desk operator to get a Sales Manager for you. Knowable, Friendly and very helpful. Customers have to know when making an appointment, service hours start at 7am. Don't set an appointment to be seen at 6am. You will set for an hour. More
