Great Service Center As always, Wolfchase Honda has the best service center I have ever dealt with and Skylar is an excellent rep. I was disappointed this time though because when I went to schedule online and signed in and it brought up my car and I chose the complete 100,000 mile checkup and it said the cost was $322. But when I called Skylar to discuss if a recall notice on airbags was different from the airbag recall work I had already had done, he quoted me $530. That is a BIG difference from the internet price. The reasoning was because I have 8 spark plugs....but the website pulled up MY vehicle with my mileage so knew I had 8 spark plugs and still quoted me $322. So when you are prepared for $322 and get charged $530....then something needs to be synched up with your internet scheduling and the service department. Skylar mentioned that other customers had complained about this so something should be done. I asked for a discount due to discrepancies and he said he gave me one, but I paid nearly $600 so not sure where a discount came in. Skylar also told me I needed new tires, but the report showed I had 50%+ left on my tires so not sure why I would need new ones until then got to 40%-. I've always trusted the service department but now I feel I need to pay closer attention. I am NOT directing this at Skylar, because he tells me exactly everything and does try to help me out. More
