I'm sorry to hear that there was a lack of organization with your ticket, however, all advisors are able to look at any ticket for any advisor at any time, so I'm not sure who gave you that incorrect information. I also apologize for the manner in which the cashier handled your question. I will certainly pass this information along to her superior so that this issue may be discussed during their next weekly meeting. I apologize for the level of service you received and can only hope that by bringing it to our attention, these issues may be addressed and improved upon.
