I was told my car was ready and to go to the cashier. The ca I was told my car was ready and to go to the cashier. The cashier didn't have my paperwork and told me to go to my service coordinator. I couldn't fi I was told my car was ready and to go to the cashier. The cashier didn't have my paperwork and told me to go to my service coordinator. I couldn't find him and asked for help from a different service coordinator. He couldn't find him and couldn't help me because the system is set up so that ONLY the original service coordinator can help. When I finally received my paperwork, the cashier asked if I wanted the carwash. I said yes. She said, "Do you want the decal?" I had no idea what she was talking about as we were always just given a coupon to insert in the payment slot of the carwash. I asked, "A decal?" She rolled her eyes, sighed heavily and was incredibly put out to just explain what the "decal" was. I took the decal and got my carwash right away because the carwash expires in 7 days. The coupons had no expiration. I'm not in this area more than twice a week. Disorganized service, computer system that will not allow other coordinators to help, AND incredibly RUDE cashiers!!!! I wish I could give zero stars for customer service and friendliness. More
