Fast work and great customer service at a good price Jeff greeted me at the service line as soon as I pulled up and had my ticket already typed up on his computer. Drop off took less than 5 minutes. I received a VM within a couple hours that my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I returned, Jeff greeted me in the line for the cashier, gave me a breakdown of the multipoint inspection and thanked me for being a customer. Bent over backwards to help Our car had worn out bearings on both front wheels with 24,000 miles on the car. We are past the 3 yr Mark for the BtB warranty. Our service guy (Mario) worked hard and got the prematurely worn out bearing replacement covered. He got us in a rental car for the day and kept our inconvenience to a minimum.
