Great experience as always Dexter and John took great care of me and my vehicle. Fast work and great customer service at a good price Jeff greeted me at the service line as soon as I pulled up and had my ticket already typed up on his computer. Drop off took less than 5 minutes. I received a VM within a couple hours that my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I returned, Jeff greeted me in the line for the cashier, gave me a breakdown of the multipoint inspection and thanked me for being a customer. Considering my vehicle was in for a major maintenance interval, I spent much less than I would have expected, too. More

Need to do better with the entire service that’s given. I received great service to my car except for the vacuuming of it. It was not vacuumed in the back sitting area at all. Bent over backwards to help Our car had worn out bearings on both front wheels with 24,000 miles on the car. We are past the 3 yr Mark for the BtB warranty. Our service guy (Mario) worked hard and got the prematurely worn out bearing replacement covered. He got us in a rental car for the day and kept our inconvenience to a minimum.
