Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your recent visit to our Service Department. I certainly do understand your frustrations, however, as a dealership we have no control over what type of tires Honda installs on their vehicles during manufacturing, we can only service them. Also, it is normal procedure, as a courtesy to our customers, to discard of a damaged tire. If you ever wish to keep a damaged tire, you need to ask the service advisor to leave the damaged tire in your vehicle. Again, I really appreciate your feedback and will have our Service Manager forward it on to our Honda National Service Representative so he can provide the feedback to Honda National. We truly appreciate your business.
