I'm glad everything went well with your oil and filter changes, but I too am stumped as to why your seats would be detached and leaning over. I checked with our Service Manager and he does not know why this would happen either. The only thing I can recommend is that if this happens again in the future, is to ask for the Service Manager and show him what you are talking about so he can get the appropriate associate involved.
