Great service It was a rainy day and I noticed the drivers side headlight was out. I ran by at lunch to see if it could be repaired quickly. Dexter Alexander greeted me and assured me the change out could be done. He also noted while checking my records that there was a recall that needed to be addressed. All the work was completed in about 20 minutes and I was on my way. Great service as usual. More

Thank you Mario Came in for an oil change with a $10 off coupon, which is great. Mario greeted me almost immediately. Was in and out in about 45 minutes. All good. Complaint is the cost of changing the cabin air filter. It was brought to me and I agreed to the crazy $60 price, because who wants to put back in a nasty filter. This is my complaint...you take it out and look at it as part of the free multi-point inspection. If I say I don't want it changed, it goes back in at no cost. Since I agreed to change it, I pay $35 for labor. Doesn't seem right for the amount of time it takes to replace, which is minutes per my research. More

Poor service at service bay Seems the service advisors sit around and wait until women pull up then they run to asist them..i have watched this for years ..sometimes you pull in Seems the service advisors sit around and wait until women pull up then they run to asist them..i have watched this for years ..sometimes you pull in and no one will come out ..you have to go find them..i could go on and complain about other problems..but must say i have continoiusly asked about coupons and never recieved any even after submitting my email address..its amazing i get theses emails about service and never a coupon..i told a friend today i am never going back to this wolfchase honda because the professionalism have left completely.
