Above and beyond . . . Due to a defective oil filter, I was waylaid in my trip from Dallas to Chicago. I was able to make it to Wolfchase Honda where Kenneth Jones, the service tech, took full charge of my problem and, working with my Honda dealer in Dallas, identified the problem, arranged for its correction - no cost to me, and got my back on road as promptly as possible. Couldn't ask for more, but feared I would get far less. Kudos to Wolfchase Honda and Kenneth Jones. More

Excellent Service. Dexter Alexander is very keen on customer service. He goes above and beyond to reach out to his customers to make sure their needs are met. I visited the dealership with my 3 kids for an oil change. we have a mall on the other side of the street. I requested for a shuttle service to drop me next door so that the kids could have fun in the mall. I waited for more than 1.5 hrs and never could get a ride. If you thought that I could have just walked across the street, my thought was with 3 kids and crossing a 6 lane street, I dont think i would take a chance. Thank you for your understanding. I talked to Dexter and with his help the situation was resolved in less than 10 min. Excellent service, I would not hold anything against this service center. More
