I asked him if he had the key and he just pointed to the car and walked off. Hours after leaving the dealership, my tire pressure light appeared. I stopped at Discount Tires and asked for my tire pressure to be checked. There was too much air placed in my tires from the service dept. This was the 2nd time consecutively that this has happened to my car. Also, I am disappointed with the fact that Honda has not recalled the 2014 Honda Accord for starter motor issues and battery issues. I am now at 38,390 miles and have had a total of 3 batteries and my car doesn’t always start right away. I sometimes have to push the starter button multiple times. My radio stations sometimes freeze. I have to turn it off and on to get it to work as expected. Well, I can continue with the workmanship of the car, but I think you are already aware of these issues. Back to the service dept, you do have a young lady that works in the bay who has a pleasant personality and greeted me professionally. She is an asset for this service department. My writing is a bit hard, but I can't stress the need for great customer service. Plus, I now have a lack of confidence that I will be treated well overall at this dealership - the dealership is not standing behind of or in front of their product with reasonableness. More
