WHO CARES? Last week our daughter and son-in-law were preparing to leave their home in Memphis to come visit us in Oklahoma for the holiday when their 2012 Honda Last week our daughter and son-in-law were preparing to leave their home in Memphis to come visit us in Oklahoma for the holiday when their 2012 Honda Pilot’s alternator went out. They have the Honda Care warranty and were towed to the nearest Honda dealership. Unfortunately that was not Wolfchase Honda. The Honda dealership they were towed to told them the alternator they needed was not in stock and they could not get one until the following day (It was also their wedding anniversary and they had out of state hotel reservations that could not be canceled). Trying to be a good father I called the service department only to be told the same bad news, there were no replacement alternator’s anywhere in the greater Memphis area. I didn’t give up. I called Wolfchase Honda, (the closest dealership to the unnamed national dealership) and spoke with the parts manager Mr. Shaun Watson. He listened to my dilemma and I was astounded when I was told he had two of the alternator’s needed in stock. He did not just have the part needed but he also had a willingness to help. He miraculously arranged to get the alternator to the other dealership and bottom line our kids made it to their hotel reservations to enjoy their anniversary and on to Oklahoma to spend Thanksgiving with their family. What Shaun Watson did went way beyond what most would have done. His dealership was not going to profit from the repair or from the sale of the part, but doing what he did for our kids will get him and his dealership ALL of our future business. I personally own a 2017 Accord, our kids have their Pilot and their second car is a Accord. Not only will Wolfchase Honda earn the service of our kids vehicles but I also plan to give them the opportunity for future sales when I trade vehicles. If you or your family live in or near Memphis and need to get quality service from people who care, please contact Shaun. His service is 5 star and if you are the owner of Wolfchase Honda you must be a great judge of quality employees because Mr. Watson is a prime example. My experience could not have been better and once again Shaun, thank you very much. More

Simply the Best I have owned several cars in my years of driving, most of them being luxury, but this dealership is by far the best one I’ve had dealings with. I have purchased my last 3 cars here for a reason. Of course I would love to own another Mercedes or Infiniti, but my experience was not top notch. From the buying process to the service, I receive excellent customer service. I moved out of town over a year ago but I still wait until it’s time for me to visit Memphis to have services done on my car. Abdul always knows exactly what to say and how to react to customers. He remembers your name and treats you like family. I love his attitude toward his employees as well. They respect him and they hav fun while working. It doesn’t matter what I need, he makes sure someone is there to help me. I had the pleasure of dealing with Skyler this time. Skyler was courtesy and intentional. He was dealing with 3 customers via phone when I pulled up but he immediately greeted me, listened to my concerns, and addressed my issues. He made sure to put me in a rental while my car was being service for a few days. Even the rental team had exceptional service as they were prompt and very friendly The only downfall they ALL had was being Cowboy fans 😂. In my opinion, when you know better, you do better!! I guess that’s just one of their few character flaws! I find it amazing that Abdul, Skyler, and the rental teams were all fans!! I guess it starts at the head (Abdul) More

When I got there I decided to also get an oil change since I was due. They were finished in an hour and the waiting room was spacious and comfortable. Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable! More
