We have taken your comments seriously, along with those of several other customers, and our employees are now required to wear masks in any area that they can have contact with customers. In addition, all vehicles are supposed to be sanitized before they are returned to the customer, so I am confident that they did sanitize your vehicle, and will recommend that they verify by telling the customer when the vehicle is returned.
