Employees are nice, but it takes entirely WAY TOO LONG to get an oil change. I was there for 3 hours. Someone else that was waiting had been there for 4 hours. This has also been the case the 2 previous time get an oil change. I was there for 3 hours. Someone else that was waiting had been there for 4 hours. This has also been the case the 2 previous times we went here for the same service. It’s ridiculous and unacceptable. Next time, we will go elsewhere. More

We were greeted and dealt with immediately. The tech knew what the problem was once I gave them the problem we came in for. Oil Change and Tire Rotation Mr.Dexter Alexander was a great asset when assisting me. He was knowledgeable and kept informing me of delays. I found out that I needed to repair 3 Mr.Dexter Alexander was a great asset when assisting me. He was knowledgeable and kept informing me of delays.
