Every single representative has been cheerful even on days where I've witnessed some other customers being difficult/fired up/a handful, etc. Every single time I go I'm allowed to use coupons and on days when I have forgotten my coupons they easily attach a discount to my oil change service, wiper blade switch out, or whatever else I'm needing on that day for my vehicle.
