Purchased a Honda Odyssey When I initially stopped in, I spoke with Trevor Warner about a mini van. When I told him what I was possibly looking at getting (the Touring edition When I initially stopped in, I spoke with Trevor Warner about a mini van. When I told him what I was possibly looking at getting (the Touring edition) but then I told him what I was looking for... (space, NAV and the DVD system) he told me no need for the touring, that they had one model below that would fit my needs. We discussed what the EX-L had with the NAV/RES package and it was exactly what I needed. The Touring had too much for me. So I greatly appreciated his honesty and getting me what I needed, not just going for trying to sell me on a higher priced vehicle. I REALLY appreciated it. So I left that day, knowing I would be returning for the memorial day sales...and I would be going back to Trevor. Myself and my spouse returned, took it for a test drive, he was patient with all of my questions, and was able to answer all of them. We also brought along a childs car seat to put in and see how that fit. It was a great process overall and I was happy Honda got me what I wanted and gave me a VERY good price on my trade. I would recommend them, and especially Trevor. Also our finance guy, I believe John McCoy...was very knowledgeable and efficient. And he didn't pressure us into buying anything extra. I personally, really appreciate that. More
