I pulled into the Honda Service Center and was immediately met by Dexter Alexander, whom I always use as my Service Technician if possible. They were able to check my tire and get me back on the road in time for my meeting. Dexter Alexander is by far the best Service Technician that you have. He is very efficient, professional and always friendly no matter how many customers he is assisting. I can count on getting the best service possible at this dealership when Dexter is handling my Honda's service/repairs. More

I felt like I was being nickle and dimed. I was disappointed with the trade in value I was given. I basically had to pay for the scratch repair, new tires, and the 90,000 mile servicing out o I was disappointed with the trade in value I was given. Then the extended warranty sales pitch to add more cost to the monthly payment. What is on the website regarding estimated monthly payments is entirely misleading. It also took 4.5 hours. More

He accompanied me on a test drive and listened to my questions about the car and the various financing possibilities. He got me a good offer on my CRV trade-in. I was given information on the spot and given time to make up my mind over night. Mr. Jones met me the next day and we closed the deal. I do believe it was his off day!
