Mr. Stone, thank you for taking time out of your day to provide feedback regarding your recent visit to our service department. Our General Manager contacted you to try to reach a resolution to this issue, and even set up an appointment to meet with you today at 10:30 regarding your windsheild and you did not show up. He then followed up with you this afternoon via telephone to again try to reach you regarding this issue. He also contacted your neighbor (Robbie Craft) at Jack Morris Auto Glass to discuss the issue with him. We are willing to try to work this out with you, however per your voicemail, you are not willing to come in and let us look at the windshield and try to resolve the issue, If you wish to give us the opportunity to work with you on this, please reach out to our General Manager and let him know.

Naturally, the GM and his Sales manager would like to spin their customer service attempts in their direction. They hold all the cards! The fact is that the damage to my windshield happened while at their dealership. Mr. Youmani Hamani wants me to "stop by" so he can argue like his Service Manager, Abdul Jones, has already done. Honestly, they demonstrate no intention of fixing the windshield. What ever happened to treating a customer in good faith. Mr. Hamani stated on the phone to me that "we looked at the video tape of your car while it was being repaired and there was no damage to the windshield!" Bingo! This only confirms that it was indeed not damaged when I dropped it off as they seem to want to state in their favor. Truth is it would cost this dealership very little to repair the windshield. They would rather argue on how it happened? No matter what they claim in claiming they have tried to work with me to correct the matter, there never was a rock chip in my windshield to begin with! Why would I meet with Mr. Hamani for him to "look it over one more time"? $18 million in revenue, and untold lot insurance, and yet a customer with an older car really means nothing to them. My advice stands-- don't bother taking an older car to them for repairs unless you walk around your vehicle once it is in the service bay and video your entire car to document every last detail of its condition. Otherwise, this dealership may claim a crack in your windshield is your fault due to a rock chip sitting in the sun? Hahaha! Please explain how four large cracks now run across the windshield in one day when there never was anything wrong prior to leaving it with them? Let me state publicly, once again, because they don't seem to get it, why we are not going back "meet with Mr. Hamani". It is a careless, uncaring waste of our time. Why does he need to determine whether a rock chip was there or not. We say there was never one. He and his service manager say there was. Get the picture? Like I said, who holds all the cards! A lost cause! And the saddest truth of all is the principle of the entire experience is lost on them? Quality service seems to be a lost cause with them. The truth is that we have comprehensive with no deductible on our car, so the windshield can be replaced at no cost to us by our insurance company. But this is beside the point. Why lie to a customer or try to make it seem like it's their fault. Our friend at Jack Morris Glass says that it had to be hit hard to cause that damage. I say it never was hit by a rock. But as I have said endlessly here to no avail is that a customer's word is not important to this dealership, so I must now move on. I rest my case. Let the folks who read this decide whether they would like to take their chances with such deception. I personally hope to never have to step foot on their lot ever again and I would advise you to consider the same. If they treat one customer this way, no doubt there have been others. Oh, and by the way, we are a Honda family. We currently own two Honda's, my wife and I both, because we love them. We buy them new and drive them until "the wheels fall off" as we like to say. They are the most reliable cars on the road. @wolfchasehonda … not so much! I have always had better luck at AutoNation Honda across town. I would recommend them. I really am to blame for trusting @wolfchasehonda again. I forgot that part. Another story about them for another day. The vehicle in question originated from this lot. We vowed to never use them again. Look who was made the fool?
