I have called the service dept and asked if one could be mailed to me since I live out in Collierville. She said it couldn't that I would have to come up there to get one. I know this is minor but if the car wasn't new it probably wouldn't bother me. More

Good but be aware Overall experience was good. The salesman Jason Tao was great. Finance manager was ok, he added $112 business fee, which I know is because I used a Overall experience was good. It's not the customer's responsibility to offset whatever fee the dealership pays for credit card use. Don't accept credit cards if you don't want to pay fees. More so they could have taken it out of the outrageous document fee. Everybody knows that fee is just profit for the dealership/sales team/etc. I just didn't have the energy to go back and forth with them on the fees that day. Also, I specifically told them that I was only interested in my credit being run for Capital One, which I was pre-approved for and already knew what my rate would be. Three days later I got alerts that my credit had been run for three different companies, capital one (which I was ok with), wolfchase(why my loan wasn't going to be though them), and shaeffer automotive group( why? I believe that would Chase opperates under that entity, again my loan want through them). Bill also tried to pressure me into getting a warranty that I did not want or need, saying that I was spoiled since I didn't want the warranty. Also made a comment bthatbi should think about it like I was helping the needy......he should look at it more like helping the greedy. All in all ,Jason Tao was awesome saleman, knew the vehicle well. Be careful with the finance manager, especially Bill. He probably thinks he got over, and kind of did, but I was well aware of what he was doing, just didn't feel like addressing the nonsense that day. More

Only wanted a test drive but his professionalism sold me Mr. Abner Turner was very knowledgeable about the Honda Pilot and took his time to show us everything about it. He answered all of our questions and even brought some things to our attention that we hadn’t thought about. He was not pushy at all, very patient. We did most of our communication by phone which was extremely helpful to me, having a full time career and two 13 month olds. My time was very valuable and he respected and appreciated that. Originally we only wanted a test drive but his professionalism and the time he took with us with “no strings” made us want to give him our business. More
