Fantastic service and customer care I had a nagging A/C problem on my 2010 Civic. With my crazy work schedule, my only option was an afternoon appointment. I figured that I was going home without a car for the evening. Surprise! The staff was able to: - Diagnose and repair the A/C - Work with my after market warranty company same day - Set up an onsite rental car "just in case" - Finish the repair before the end of the day The A/C works great but the real gain for me is to have a new trusted service provider for my car. Oil Change and Tire Rotation My overall experience was good. The waiting period was about two hours; however, the shuttle promptly took me to my requested location and picked me u My overall experience was good. The waiting period was about two hours; however, the shuttle promptly took me to my requested location and picked me up. Every team member I encountered was friendly. I have not had my current Honda that long, and this is my fifth Honda Accord. This was my current vehicle’s first tire rotation and about 15 minutes after leaving Honda my tire pressure light came on. When driving my car, it also drove like the balancing was off. When I called Honda after making it home, Mario suggested that I may have run over a nail; however, I do not think this is what happened. It is a huge coincidence that my tires were rotated and next my car is not driving the same, after owning it for two years and this has not been an issue. I love Hondas and the staff at Wolfchase Honda but I really feel this may have been a servicing problem. I do not want to turn my tire pressure light off, as given instructions on how to complete this, as I fear there may be a real problem. Yet, I also do not have much free time to make the drive back to Wolfchase Honda. More
