Wolfchase Honda was one of the best experiences I could have hoped for when it comes to buying a vehicle. We went in only planning on test driving different years of the Honda Odyssey, but left with a bran have hoped for when it comes to buying a vehicle. We went in only planning on test driving different years of the Honda Odyssey, but left with a brand new Odyssey and an amazing deal!! Jason Tao was the Sales Man who helped us. We never once felt pressured or rushed. He was there to answer every question, went above and beyond for us, showed us different models + different specs, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for! Overall Solid Experience I was not hounded by sales representatives the moment I walked onto the lot, which I was very happy for. We were approached very professionally by a sales rep and he asked several questions then took us inside. We already had an idea and a vehicle picked out for the most part, but he still wanted to make sure we were looking in the right direction. He gathered some more information for what we were specifically looking for and why then he got the keys and brought the vehicle around for us to test drive and look at. I really appreciated the fact that he offered for me to take the vehicle out on the interstate to really get a feel for it vs the normal scenic route. We got back and went back inside and continued to discuss things. He did not rush us into making a decision. More

Service advisor kept calling me by the wrong name. Had 30000 mile service done. Did not receive any of the advertised discounts. THEN, about 2weeks after my service, I get an email from Abdul saying my 30 30000 mile service done. Did not receive any of the advertised discounts. THEN, about 2weeks after my service, I get an email from Abdul saying my 30000 mile service was DUE! So...did I even get what I paid for? Also, they changed out my K&N air filter for a standard one.
