I recently purchased a new set of Good Year tires for my daughters SUV from Wolf Motors quick lane in Jordan. About a year later I noticed the tires were all 4 very worn and already needing replacement, I c daughters SUV from Wolf Motors quick lane in Jordan. About a year later I noticed the tires were all 4 very worn and already needing replacement, I called the QuickLane and Orlando asked if I could get him the vehicle the next day to look at. He called the next day and told me 2 tires were at 4/32 and 2 were at 6/32 and that Good Year warranty clearly says they need to be at 3/32 for a warranty claim. I told him I don’t agree with how fast theyre wearing, he suggested that I talk to the manager to see what could be done. Mike was very quick to call me back and looked into the issue immediately, he made it clear his hands were tied with Good Years warranty but wants to find a way to make things right. After a couple short conversations we came to a very fair agreement. This is exactly the kind of place I want working on my families vehicles. Orlando has always been honest with me and I now know Mike is just as much of a straight shooter. 100% recommended Wolf Motors and their QuickLane. More
