In general the dealership felt unconcerned and uninterested in all potential buyers, including my family. Some examples from our visit: Went in wanting to quickly purchase a new 2021 Ford Ex uninterested in all potential buyers, including my family. Some examples from our visit: Went in wanting to quickly purchase a new 2021 Ford Explorer ST in cash. Most dealerships would be pumped for the opportunity for a quick and easy sale, but no management personnel ever approached us at all. Our salesman's boss sat in his office shooting the xxxx with a coworker the entire time we were there and refused to come out to meet us/answer any questions. Greg in sales was very nice but not super attentive. Unprepared every time we came in (3 different times). The internet sales person, Luke, was awesome and responsive - Truthfully the only reason for the second star. Our car was allegedly to be "detailed and washed" prior to us picking it up, but when we arrived to get it at 12PM, they told us they couldn't get the car in until 4PM. After arriving back later that afternoon, the car was vacuumed at best. Dusty dash, finger prints everywhere, poor exterior wash. Lastly, we signed all of the paperwork only to find they won't do ACH transactions. What? They won't accept immediate funds, only a paper check. So again, we had to go back with an ancient form of payment that seemed really redundant. Can't stress enough that Greg was awesome and so was the internet sales guy, Luke. They had the only ST in the region so we had to buy through them. Unfortunately the experience in it's entirety was "eh". Won't be back! More
