The time frame to have the tire pressure light looked at (which as been a reoccurring problem) was right on, his patience and comlete explanation of the problem was terrific. He also arranged for my pickup so I could get to the dealership to pick up the car. He is by far the most helpful person i have deal with at WFM and I have been buying and servicing my vehicles there for the past 15 years. More

John Russo was very good. He is Friendly and is a pleasure to talk to. He explains - which in the past, no one explained, after my service was done he went over the bill explained what was done. Very quick and described what was wrong without problems.Liked how they didn't try to find something wrong with it. Broken brake light and tire pressure light on.
