I can't begin to say how much I LOVE the service department at Woburn Toyota. Before discovering them, I brought my 4Runner to Toyota Ira in Tewksbury and they were terrible, I would never consider department at Woburn Toyota. Their customer service is beyond extraordinary! They always assign an advisor to you that will work with you throughout the entire service of your vehicle. They explain thing to you and keep you posted throughout the process. They also give you a loaner vehicle while your car is being worked on, if they don't have a loaner vehicle, they rent you a vehicle from Enterprise, no charge to you. But... I have to tell you about my most recent experience with them that has turned me into a lifetime fan. I recently brought my car in because it was making a funny noise, when I dropped it off, they were all out of loaner vehicles (they often are because they are always busy - I think because of their great customer service) so they rented me a vehicle from Enterprise. When they figured out what was wrong with my car they sent me an e-mail with an attached PDF that showed a picture of the parts that needed to be replaced along with an explanation of what each part does.... I've never gotten that before. I then went and picked up my car because they had to order the parts and the repair was not something that made the car unable to be driven. When they got the parts in, I dropped my car back off, this was on a Wednesday, they called me to let me know that they discovered another (much bigger) repair that my car needed. I remembered after speaking to them that when I bought my car (used from a small dealer) I also bought a 3rd party warranty and told them about it. Now keep in mind, I am driving around in a car rental that they are paying for and my repair was a 1 day repair. When I had mentioned the same warranty company to Ira Toyota in Tewksbury, they wanted nothing to do with it and would not use the warranty company. With Woburn it was the opposite. Patrick Titshaw called the warranty company and did all of the legwork to make it happen, I did not have to do a thing. He then told me that the warranty company had to send out a person to look at the car and that it might take a day so just keep the rental until then. I asked him if he was sure, I couldn't imagine that Toyota would be willing to pay for my car rental while they are waiting for my 3rd party warranty company to approve a repair... I just couldn't believe it, but he said yes, keep the rental. It took 2 days for the warranty company to approve the repair and they told Patrick that they would ship the parts to them so they would have to wait for the parts. Patrick then asked me if I would mind bringing in the rental and swapping it for one of their Toyota loaners for until my car was done since it was going to take several more days. I was completely floored that they were STILL providing a car for me while waiting on a warranty company so I was more than happy to do the vehicle swap especially since their loaner vehicles are all Toyotas and all really nice Toyotas. Today is Tuesday and I just got my car back. Patrick handled every bit of the dealings with the warranty company and I simply got my repaired car back in perfect condition. Woburn Toyota provided me with the loaner vehicle for 6 days that they didn't have to. They are always ready to help with a smile on their face and they go above and beyond what anyone would expect from a car repair facility. If every business was run like they are, this world would be a much happier place. Oh, and I almost forgot about Chuck, he greets you in the parking lot when you drop off your car, let's you know where to park, holds the door open for you... and he smiles the whole time. Going to Woburn Toyota you are treated like you are a celebrity, they are amazing! More
When the engine light and Trac off light went on all of a sudden, I was really worried. I called the dealership and spoken to Rick Mawn, he was really helpful and assuring on the phone. I brought my car to the dealership as recommended by Mr. Mawn the next day. He helped me to find out what was wrong with my car and gave me a quote on the phone. He later on called me and let me know the repair would be covered under warranty. I was very happy and very thankful to Mr. Rick Mawn for helping me save a lot of repair cost. Rick also provided a loaner car for me to get to work at no cost to me. Mr. Patrick was really helpful and explained my car services to me. I am very happy with my experience with the dealership and would recommend anyone who is looking for a car dealership. The service rep are very friendly and helpful. I am very happy with the service. I brought my 2010 Sienna to Woburn Toyota yesterday because I was hearing a thumping sound coming from my rear passenger tire area. My regular mechanic is not open on Sundays and I needed to have it checked out before the work week started. I was pleasantly suprised that the Service area was able to get me an appointment Sunday morning. The Service Advisor I worked with (Mike Robinson) was very friendly and took an interest in my two young sons. They were bieng a bit rowdy but instead of asking me to quiet them down he just smiled and asked them about their stuffed animals. They answered happily and enjoyed themselves during the visit. Mike called me later to let me know the problem related to the emergency brake and that they would fix it but it may not be ready by the end of the day. I explained that I have four kids in school and daycare and really needed the car before Monday. He spoke with Eric the Technician who was working on my car and Eric said that he would get it fixed even if he had to work past closing time. As it turned out Mike and Eric both worked 1/2 hour beyond close and I got my van back when I needed it. Both Mike and Eric went above and beyond and I am very greatful that they did. I would definitely reccomend Woburn Toyota to friends and family! More
I came to Woburn Toyota on Sunday to change a tire (my run flat went bad) without a scheduled appointment and was referred to Express Service. The service was completed in 4 hours. All in all, with John's help I was able to have a regular family weekend avoiding the headaches of emergency auto repair. More
