I went in just for routine maintenance and while the work was fine it was really the people that made it such a positive experience. Everyone I met with was very helpful. I originally was in the wrong building and the person there was super helpful in getting me to the right spot - he walked me over and gave my info to the right rep, and even helped me get the registration out of my car when I had forgotten it. The main rep I dealt with, John Russo, did everything he could for a quick and easy visit. I had to bring my daughter with me and from having my car parked out front at the end of the visit to offering to put on a kids' show on the TV for her, he was just great. They also pointed out my inspection sticker which could be updated and had that taken care of during the same visit. I will definitely be going back. The only difficulty I had was with the parking when I arrived - it was very busy and there were no spaces available. But even then a rep in the parking lot showed me where I could double park and offered to move my car to a space once there was room, which I greatly appreciated. More

He set up my next oil change and left me feeling fully served and appreciated. This place is by far the best experience I have had. It's kind of smaller than others, but truly customer oriented. I like all the CSRs who have attended to my request. Last winter I have had the hood cover of my car torn, and took to a Midas place near by. They said that they cannot fix it, but they can remove it entirely and it would cost 40$. But the Woburn Toyota guys fixed it for 25$. Really happy about this place. More

The customer service was excellent. Sam F. was kind, professional and not pressuring at all. He was informative and respectful. Toyota offers a price match guarantee which they honored, along with other perks ( free alignment, rotations and warranty) for buying your tires there. I got great tires, great service at a great price. More

I have been going to Woburn Toyota for service for the last few years. I met Scott Kolacz last year when I received a reminder about my service appointment. Scott identified himself when I arrived for my appointment. He made eye contact, smiled, was very professional, pleasant, and even jovial! Who is happy at their job these days! After servicing my car I had additional questions. Scott took me aside to answer all of them in layman's terms, never rushing me, made me a cup of coffee and even helped my boyfriend out of the car who could not walk. This is exceptional service! Scott is an asset to Woburn Customer Service Department. I hope he is appreciated by the company as much as I appreciate who he is :) More
