Brought my 07 Corolla to Woburn Toyota because of a check engine light. After discussing the issue with John Russo, my long time service advisor, he ordered a diagnostic check that disclosed a problem with m engine light. After discussing the issue with John Russo, my long time service advisor, he ordered a diagnostic check that disclosed a problem with my intake manifold gasket, which was replaced. John also suggested an oil change and 20-point courtesy check, which revealed safety issues, again quickly resolved. I am very happy with the service, price and time in shop and always feel confident when I leave, namely because the work is dependable and John's advice is always spot on. BTW I have two other Toyota's that are also serviced in John's shop at Woburn Toyota. It's good to have a dealer and advisor you can depend on. More

My experience here was incredible. I was accommodated as soon as I entered the building and completely filled in on each thing they were doing for my car.
