A bad situation turned to good Jason was great. Very energetic. I appreciated the way he treated me. In particular when the original price quote came out really high he sought cl Jason was great. Very energetic. I appreciated the way he treated me. In particular when the original price quote came out really high he sought clarification for me. Then Mike stepped in and did a great job of offering alternatives. In the end the calipers and rotors on my brakes were able to be reconditioned instead of replaced. This saved me a lot of money and allowed me to afford the repair that same day. This experience could have gone the other way with me leaving upset from getting such a high quote (almost $2k). Instead these two fantastic employees turned the situation around. I walked out 4 hrs later as a satisfied customer. Thank you Jason and Mike! More
