Each of the works greet me by name and we have a greate relationship. They not only take excellent care of my vehicle, but also good care of me. John Russo and Jason Cutter have always been courteos and knowledgeable. I feel good knowing that I never have to worry about being "taken" when it comes to having service done. This is the first truly honest service department I have ever dealt with. I will continue to purchase Toyota (and always at WFM) and bring them for service at the Express Lube. Shocked that is all I can say. Saturday morning my alternator fails. Of course the weekend is completely full of soccer games and cookouts. I figure that al that is all I can say. They took me right in found the part I needed and told me it would be ready in a few hours. Guess what it was! not only that I received a free car wash and and they took a coupon for money off. If you need work done or just need an oil change these guys are without question the best. If you go as for Mr Russo! More

First Service - unlike any other Yesterday I brought my car in for the first service covered under Toyota maintenance. I was immediately greeted by Jason, an express lube advisor. He was pleasant and easy to joke with and made the check in process easy. The vehicle was done in an hour, just as he said it would. The most impressive part that made me write a review for the service department was the delivery of my vehicle back to me. After leasing Honda, BMW, Nissan, and Ford previously, I've never had such an in depth explanation, easy to read R.O, and given the color spot my car was parked to easily find it. Kudos to Jason, and the rest of Woburn Toyota for making both the sales, and now service experience top notch. More

Easy, Seamless and Smooth Service I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was advised that the front left strut is leaking and needs to be replaced. Excellent service 1st time customer I got a flat tire this Saturday on rt3 around 2pm. I called them and was able to be served the same day and they were able to get me 4 new tires from I got a flat tire this Saturday on rt3 around 2pm. I called them and was able to be served the same day and they were able to get me 4 new tires from Hogan Tire next door. In addition to replacing all 4 tires they gave me their professional recommendations on my front brakes. They were able to salvage my tire censors saving me over $400 as well. I was extremely pleased with their service, honesty, and friendliness. I highly recommend going it them regardless if you have a Toyota or not! More
