Do not go anywhere else for Toyota Service Make sure you go to Woburn Toyota for servicing your Toyota. I would not let anyone else touch my car. I bought four tires from them and a slow leak Make sure you go to Woburn Toyota for servicing your Toyota. I would not let anyone else touch my car. I bought four tires from them and a slow leak developed. We could never explain it no matter how many times I brought it in. They recharged my tires with Nitrogen after every careful examination. On one trip, they found three nails in the tire. They replaced it under warranty. On today's trip, they found a leaking sensor and replaced it. Bottom line, they were cheerful yet professional and totally committed to getting right no matter what it took. I need to give a shout out to John Russo who made sure everyone did what they were supposed to do in an extremely reasonable amount of time. Ask for John Russo if you are not sure who to ask for. More

Beyond Helpful I came to Toyota expecting to have just my oil changed. I later found out I had multiple services that needed fixing. Each of the works greet me by name and we have a greate relationship. They not only take excellent care of my vehicle, but also good care of me. John Russo and Jason Cutter have always been courteos and knowledgeable. I feel good knowing that I never have to worry about being "taken" when it comes to having service done. First Service - unlike any other Yesterday I brought my car in for the first service covered under Toyota maintenance. I was immediately greeted by Jason, an express lube advisor. He was pleasant and easy to joke with and made the check in process easy. The vehicle was done in an hour, just as he said it would. The most impressive part that made me write a review for the service department was the delivery of my vehicle back to me. After leasing Honda, BMW, Nissan, and Ford previously, I've never had such an in depth explanation, easy to read R.O, and given the color spot my car was parked to easily find it. Kudos to Jason, and the rest of Woburn Toyota for making both the sales, and now service experience top notch. More
