Very good express service I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Had a reservation for the Express Service. I was taken care of right away, and out in 45'. I went after 6:00 pm, which is a busy time, but everything went very smoothly, and it was a good (not too long) wait in their waiting room. It's nice you can get a drink and a snack while waiting too ! Very friendly costumer service. Highly recommend. More

I was able to use a coupon that saved me 20% on the brakes and John arranged a free Shuttle ride to the Burlington Mall so I could have Brunch with my family. After brunch, the phone rang and and my car was ready. I also earned Albrecht points towards the purchase of my next Toyota. I have going to the Woburn Toyota Express Service for about 10 years now. Oil Changes, new tires (free life time tire rotation, Road Hazard repair and mounting, balance and alignment are all included in the price), Brakes and regular maintenance are all honestly performed.
