Do not take your Toyota anywhere else for service Chris Etter had the good luck of dealing with nails in my tires one week apart. The second time, Jason (sorry, I did not get his last name) told me to bring in my car right away on a Sunday. Chris took care of everything and made sure everything was done in a timely manner. Also, Luis (again sorry I did not get his last name), the technician, stopped by to say hello while I was waiting outside. I asked him to check my other tires for nails since I was having real bad luck with them. He was happy to do that for me. All in all, a shout out has to go to Chris Etter, who made sure everything went smoothly and was very amiable to deal with. More

Very good express service I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Had a reservation for the Express Service. I was taken care of right away, and out in 45'. After brunch, the phone rang and and my car was ready. I also earned Albrecht points towards the purchase of my next Toyota. I have going to the Woburn Toyota Express Service for about 10 years now. Oil Changes, new tires (free life time tire rotation, Road Hazard repair and mounting, balance and alignment are all included in the price), Brakes and regular maintenance are all honestly performed.
