Fast, efficient and friendly I went if for a scheduled service and was running a little late (15 minutes) due to traffic. I was met by my service provider, John Russo, with a smile and a laugh. He got the car in right away and said he would see what he could do to get me out as fast as possible since I was waiting. He kept me informed through the process (they were working on the rear brakes) and kept me updated on how much longer it would be. I'm happy to say that even though I arrived 15 minutes late he was still able to get me on the road ahead of schedule. The detailed description of the work that was done was fantastic. It's the only place I'll take my vehicle to for service. More
