Very responsive and efficient! I had a significant problem develop with my 2006 Corolla and also needed to have a recall taken care of on very short notice. I spoke with Rich Alessi, who has been tremendous for me over at least the last 15 years, and he helped get everything arranged on my very tight schedule. Rich Dalton handled the service when I brought the car in, and everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently - including quickly diagnosing the problem that was much more serious (but readily remedied). I fully expect to continue using Woburn Toyota service for the foreseeable future, both because of the service I received this time and because of how helpful Rich Alessi has been for as long as I can remember. More

An extremely pleasant car servicing appointment! I went in for a front end alignment and tire rotation, John Russo was the service writer who took care of my appointment. He was very pleasant, k I went in for a front end alignment and tire rotation, John Russo was the service writer who took care of my appointment. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful! Made me feel at ease with things, and during my appointment, he took me out to point out some issues (as I had known about) with my vehicle. Although I didn't get the Tech/Specialist who worked on my car, I want to say he was very helpful with things also- pointing out items as John had mentioned. I really couldn't have asked for a better dealer experience!! Hats off to you guys, very courteous, helpful and straight- forward with things!!!! Excellent Service I've had several recent visits to the express service with John Russo, one for regular oil change and 2 for tire related issues (road hazard warranty) I've had several recent visits to the express service with John Russo, one for regular oil change and 2 for tire related issues (road hazard warranty). I usually have set appointments but most recently I had to stop in unscheduled on a Saturday with a flat tire that I had purchased there at the dealership. John Russo was very accommodating and processed my repair through the tire warranty company and had me on my way in no time. Disingenuous Scheduled an 8 am appointment to install a roof rack. Technician recommended an oil change as well. I was promised when I made the appointment and when I dropped the car off that it would take 2 hours maximum. Fast forward it took 5 hours to finish and it it took a long time to send the courtesy driver to pick me up. When I called to complain, all the service staff were indifferent to how the delay affected the rest of my appointments for that day and their apologies were insincere. You could tell they just wanted to get me off the phone. They offered no solutions to my scheduling predicament. I still don't understand how a roof rack and an oil change takes 5+ hours. What's the point of even making an appointment - at 8 am no less More
