Service experience with Woburn Toyota I have had a Toyota for many years. I have always used the dealer for service because I have found them to be reliable and honest. I know all dealer I have had a Toyota for many years. I have always used the dealer for service because I have found them to be reliable and honest. I know all dealerships are not like that. I recently had a routine servicing done and unfortunately I also had to have my brakes added to that but that is one of the reasons I go there, they keep track of all of that. One time I was told I would need brakes pretty soon and when I brought the car in for brakes I was told I really didn't need them. Another dealership would have just replaced them, how would I know. I feel confident that they will help me keep my car in good condition. I worked with Cliff LeGrand and he kept me informed throughout the day and then double checked what time the shuttle needed to arrive at my work to bring me back to the dealership. More

Service advisor was thorough, polite and efficient and work was completed in the same manager. This location is convenient and the people are terrific. Stephen Roberts was my professional advisor and I could not have asked for anything more than that which he provided. Anthony Petrella is very knowledgeable and much of the reason I use this dealership. The facility itself is a bit tired and could use a renovation to make it brighter and more welcoming to compete with other Toyota dealers in the area. More

I find them to be honest and provide service with integrity. I have a 14 year old car that I love because it's a convertible that isn't made anymore. They are constantly making service recommendations to me that are cost effective and allow me to keep driving my car. I highly recommend these folks. More

Best Toyota dealership around Boston area. I have been going to this dealership for years. Since moved in still drive the 15 miles to go service my car there and to purchase cars also. Right from the start they tried to up sell me on services that I didn't need which made me not trust them. The quote estimate provided was misleading. Verbally, they told me it may be a few dollars more than the estimate but it was much more than a few dollars once it was time to pick up the car. When I pointed out that the charges well exceeded the estimate they started blaming me for bringing my Honda in when their dealership is Toyota. Anybody could have done the routine service. If they are not equipped to competitively change the oil on a Honda then they should have told me upfront. Will not go back. More
