Excellent I purchased my Corolla from Woburn Toyota in November of 2008 (another excellent experience). Since I purchased the car, I have all my service comple I purchased my Corolla from Woburn Toyota in November of 2008 (another excellent experience). Since I purchased the car, I have all my service completed by them. My experience has always been very good. This time, my service manager went above and beyond helping me get my car serviced, including getting my recalls taken care of. I was out of the dealership in the time he said it would be completed. He was courteous and friendly. In addition, I had just renewed my registration and they noticed that I had not put the new sticker on my license plate. If they had not helped me with that, who knows how long I would have driven around without it. Thank you so much! More

John Russo the service manager has taken excellent care of me every time. He was able to get me in and out and taken care of both when I had an appointment and when I presented as a walk in. I was reluctant to be seen by my car dealership because I always felt as if the cost was way absorbent compared to local garages, however after addressing this issue I feel as if with coupons and open communication, the service here has become much more manageable and they utilize the best Toyota products and have the ability to diagnose my issues with a high quality of expertise and far better than anywhere else I have gone. I trust John Russo to be fair and honest. When I was desperately in need because I did something stupid (put diesel fuel in my engine) Woburn Toyota took care of my car and completely flushed the engine, and it runs just as good today as the day it was purchased. They could have told me I needed a whole new engine and I wouldn't have known any differently but instead was charged the minimum they had stated. John lets me know prior to the service provided what he recommends and what the price will be and that is much appreciated. More

Since my service however I've received very annoying marketing calls and emails from this dealership trying to get me to buy a new or used car, or trade in my current model. I tried calling and emailing several times to get them to stop and eventually they did after a few weeks. I never consented to these solicitations and it makes me not want to go back there for fear that they will start again! More
Worst customer service ever!!!! I will never go back. No one answers phones for a half hour every time I call service. I have been a long time customer. Be careful they tell every customer that you need a new cabin filter. They charge 40 dollars for a 5 dollar part that you can buy at their parts store and install very easily yourself in a few seconds. Take your car to a reputable car mechanic don't trust these thieves!!!! They have put 4 sets of tires on my car and the car has 75k miles on it. When they told me it needed new tires I had another company check the alignment I was told that it looked like the car had never been aligned. They charged an extra 75 dollars because they had to use a torch to free up the adjusters. I was promised new tires from Richard Allessi the service manager for free and then they lied and now won't replace them. Liars, thieves and rude are the only way to describe them. Dont be the next disappointed customer. Called Toyota in Texas to complain and got no where! I have bought 5 brand new Toyota vehicles over the last 17 years and will never buy another. Update same day: within 5 minutes of submitting this review I received a call from the C.O.O. (Chief Operating Officer) Reidar Davies. I had spoke to him about my issue 3 hours earlier and he had not called me back. During those 3 hours he told me that he had not looked into any of my issues or looked up any service records. He was calling about the review I had just posted. Apparently although I wrote this review on October 12,2016 it will not get posted until October 26,2016. This is so the dealership can contact me to see if we can resolve any issues. Without looking into any of my complaints his decision was to not replace my tires and to go along with service manager Richard Allessi. It was obvious to me that his decision was based not on any investigation that he had done but the fact that I had posted a bad review online. Once again instead of investigating and maybe making it a learning experience to improve customer service he told me not to contact them anymore. More
