Happy with my recent winter tires I am really happy with my winter tires and even more so that I was able to get them before my ski trip. 30,000 mile service/state inspection My tire pressure light came on and my Toyota RAV4 limited was due for its state inspection sticker as well as 30,000 mile service. Even though My tire pressure light came on and my Toyota RAV4 limited was due for its state inspection sticker as well as 30,000 mile service. Even though I didn't have an appointment since the tire pressure warning light came on and I was in the vicinity of my dealer, I call John Russo directly and asked if there was anyway you could get me in at the very least to reset the tire pressure light and make sure my tires were OK as well as getting the state inspection done. He explained that they were booked until next Wednesday but told me to come in anyway to make sure the tires were safe and to get the inspection done . He offered to also complete the 30,000 mile service if I could wait, even though there were a large amount of customers already waiting for their vehicles to be serviced. I opted to have him do all the work as I was already there and could spend the time while they got my vehicle serviced and inspected. This is my third vehicle I purchased from Woburn Toyota and even though I now live in the city of Boston over 30 minutes away from the dealership which was my local dealership initially, I still choose to drive here for all my service needs even though there is another Toyota dealership 10 minutes from where I currently live. I am a very loyal sales and service customer to Woburn Toyota. They always treat me right and have taken exceptional care of me especially John Russo in Express Lube. As always John Russo is professional, friendly and honest. The multi point inspection revealed I needed some repairs, some of which were performed today. John went over the work that was done and what future work will need to be done and thoroughly explained everything to me. John Russo is always available if I have any questions or issues with the vehicle over the telephone and on numerous occasions has talked me through problem-solving on the telephone to success. He is one of the primary reasons I continue to do business with Woburn Toyota and have them exclusively service my 2015 RAV4 Limited. More

He kept us informed throughout so we knew just what was going on, and, as always, was patient with my questions and willing to explain until I understood. He even explained the construction noises to everybody so we wouldn't be unnerved by them. I can't wait to see the new digs once its done. These guys definitely deserve it! Thanks guys! More
Brake/serpentine belt service I have been a long time customer of Woburn Toyota. They have devices my 2008 Camry since I purchased it in February 2009. I made an appointment based on the fact that I was encountering a metal on metal sound from my rear breaks. My mileage at time of service on November 19 2016 was 59,080. 1) I was informed that my rear breaks needed to have pads replaced and rotors resurfaced. However, Woburn Toyota had replaced the rear pads and rotors on June 24 2015. The mileage on my car at that date was 47,016. Only 12,064 miles occurred between the two service dates. 2) I was informed that my serpentine belt was cracked and needed to be replaced. However, Woburn Toyota had replaced the serpentine belt on December 26, 2013. The mileage on my car at that date was 35,607 Only 23,473 miles occurred between the two service dates. I feel it troubling that I am encountering parts installed by Woburn Toyota wearing out in, what I consider to be, well before the end of their useful life. As a result of this visit , I incurred a cost of approximately $500. I attempted to contact Rich on three occasions (twice by text and one phone message) to request if Woburn Toyota would consider prorating my repair bill based upon mileage. To date I have not received a response from Rich or any Woburn Toyota representative. More

Saved the day. I was attempting to change my spark plugs and pulled apart the spark plug wire cap. It was lodged in the bottom and I couldn't get it out. So I was attempting to change my spark plugs and pulled apart the spark plug wire cap. It was lodged in the bottom and I couldn't get it out. So I called them and drove there. And they fixed it and in no time I was on the road again. No appointment, they just said drive down and we'll fix it. It all happened so fast, I almost forgot to pay the bill. They just know how to do it right the first time. They waste no time getting you back on the road. Happy. More
