I like the idea of making appointments for service and that the staff keeps to the schedule. On my recent visit, Mr. Peterella was particulalrly helpful. I am delighted to work with such a customer service oriented company. And it's a pleasure to enjoy your coffee and pastries while waiting for the car to be ready. Almost ripped off I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. The maintenance shop called me to tell me a daytime driving light is out and needs to be replaced. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. The maintenance shop called me to tell me a daytime driving light is out and needs to be replaced. They graciously quoted me $40 to change a $5 bulb. I said no thanks. After my oil change was done I drove down to Napa to get the part. Before I went in I checked all my lights. I found that NONE of my lights were out. The dealership was trying to rip me off for a simple item that takes a few minutes to replace. Be very cautious about "extra" items needing replacement here. That's why they call them "stealerships". I'm very disappointed with the dishonest approach I received here. More

The service departmen Below sent to Woburn Toyota Service Department management. Hello, This is some feedback regarding your service department. The service department has repeatedly wasted my wife and my time regarding her Toyota Yariss safety recalls. There are apparently three. Only one of which we care about, the airbag. We made an appointment to have them all fixed at once, which we were told was possible by your staff. When we got there arrived for our appointment the first time, we were told "oh we only have one part, we can only do one repair". It would have been nice if we' weren't lied to initally, but what the heck, we had that one repair done and scheduled a new appointment for the rest. We receive a call a week later - "we have all your parts, come in". We schedule a new appointment. Take off work, arrange rides - you know the deal. We get there, "oh your recall notice has a code on it that says we can't put in the airbag for you yet - but we can do the other repair". No where on our notice does it explain a mysterious code. It just says "come in now". I attached the notice - you tell me how we're supposed to know the notice that says "come in" doesn't mean "come in". Again it would be nice to know you couldnt do all the job when we scheduled it. We would have waited until it could be done. We declined to have any work done and left today. Thanks for wasting my time twice. Seriously, if you dont want to do recall work - just xxxxxx tell me - I'll go somewhere else. No big deal. Just dont waste my time, we both got **** to do you know? He had already written up the service order with prices and everything and then I realized I had forgotten to show him the coupon I had brought. We had a good laugh about that and he cheerfully proceeded to re-do everything he had just done, but I had missed the giant sign at the desk that asks for coupons BEFORE anything is written up. With another CSR it could easily have gone another way. Thanks John! More
