Not able to keep system operating for required update. Took vehicle to service department. They advised after 90 minutes that update was completed. Left dealership and system shut down and rebooted within 2 miles of dealership with note advising that software not up to date. Very disappointed. More

My 80 year old mother made an appointment to have oil change and inspection sticker, she opted to wait while services were performed, 3 1/2 hours later she was still waiting!!!!!! They told her the delay was because they LOST yes I said LOST her vehicle. They then had the audacity to charge her full price for their services. My sister and I tried numerous times to reach a service manager and were hung up on. I have currently been on hold over 1 hour, waiting for a manager!! I strongly suggest you go elsewhere More

I have a strong feeling that it happened due to technician mistake. The car had always been serviced at Woburn Toyota as well as my other cars. I also purchased my cars from Woburn Toyota. I have been a loyal customer for many years and always was treated well. However yesterday I was charged $540 for what I strongly suspect was a technician mistake. I am extremely disappointed by yesterday’s experience. More
