Mar was fantastic! He reassured me that my concerns were valid, but were not a safety issue. He was very friendly, not patronizing and I am completely confident in his recommendations. I have always had great service at Woburn. Missed the shuttle.. but was told you’d have one next week. Tire trouble and routine maintenance I really like the way toyota takes care of my routine maintenance on my new sienna. My only disappointment was that when I asked them to check my tir I really like the way toyota takes care of my routine maintenance on my new sienna. My only disappointment was that when I asked them to check my tire , which had a slow leak. he recommended a new one because there was a quarter inch star bit stuck in the tire and your patches for that repair weren't that much bigger. So I ended up being charged for a brand new tire. Wish I didn't do that. Should've taken it to a gas station instead. More
Super friendly and courteous...just stuck with an odd repair This is the second time I had to take my toyota in for warranty service. The first issue was a brake switch which was replaced and no issues since. Th This is the second time I had to take my toyota in for warranty service. The first issue was a brake switch which was replaced and no issues since. The other issue (2nd time taking it in) is my radio. The Bluetooth on the radio works, but whenever someone calls me it rings at MAX VOLUME. I’m sure you can guess how annoying and startling this is. This time they said they figured it out. It had to order the part. No biggie except I have to go back in on a Saturday to get his fixed. Great people just a nagging issue that is seeming more hassle than worth... almost More
