Great Customer Service Oscar was great! I was greeted with a smile as soon as I came in for my oil change and felt very welcomed. He told me roughly how long it would be and Oscar was great! 2 hours 15 minutes for an oil change?!!!?! All I wanted was an oil change. When I checked in Joanne said around 1 and 1/2 hours. Which I thought was a long time but I had made the appt and I w All I wanted was an oil change. When I checked in Joanne said around 1 and 1/2 hours. Which I thought was a long time but I had made the appt and I was there so I said ok after 2 hours 15 minutes I asked if my car was ready. She said something about waiting for parts to be loaded into computer because they said I needed some bulbs but I told her I didn’t want to do that now I had to go. So for a 9:30 appt I didn’t get home until noon. I live 10 minutes away. The person at the service desk was fine. It’s not her fault. But I should have none better than to go to the dealer for just an oil change. And I’m not the only one. There was a woman there who had been waiting an hour and a half and then she saw her car still parked in the same spot. She left. More

The Parts Department has always been good - in helping me buy a new map system to getting a pair of windshield wiper blades. Joanne Sasso was a real Star during my recent service: The muffler didn't sound right. She diagnosed the problem from the history and she ordered the parts that she thought would be needed. She was absolutely correct. ( I did not need a muffler, I needed the "Y pipe" off the manifold ) As my car ( and I) get older, I start to think of another car. I would consider a second hand Highlander. Ken Mello will help me when I need him, I'm sure. . More
