SUPER SLOW I made an appointment to get my snow tires swapped (my regular tires are on rims). Then I inquired about a oil change and she said that would be an hour and a half, which seems ridiculous so I did not keep my appointment for that. When I got my email confirmation, it said that it was a drop off and also said to go to the top of the hill to that service center. I called again to let them know that it is not a drop off I was waiting and wanted it done ASAP. When I got there on Saturday, to the top of the hill, I was told that I was supposed to be at the bottom of the hill. My appointment was at 10:00, my car wasn’t even taken in until 10:25 and wasn’t complete until 11:10... as I mentioned, the tires were on rims. It was simply changing for tires which should take no more than a half hour. Everyone kept making the excuse about the construction. If you are not able to do service due to construction, that should be told during the call to make the appointment. The whole point of an appointment is so that you don’t have to wait. And honestly, this happens every time I go to get my tires switched out. It happened even before the construction started. While I was waiting, I witnessed a female employee, wearing a Toyota shirt belch very loudly while walking through the waiting area. There was also a pizza party in the garage, which seemed to halt work and make my wait even longer. No one seemed too apologetic as I guess this is the norm! My time is valuable and I don’t like wasting an hour of it due to poor service. The guy who checked me in was very friendly, but the process was frustrating!!! More

Initial service Got my inspection sticker for my new car. Had remote starter installed and they put license plates and my ezpass transpondr on my front plate.
